Applications are invited for one postdoctoral fellowship on resource allocation techniques for 6G wireless networks. This fellowship is funded by the Internet Committee in Brazil. Potential topics within resource allocation techniques include but are not limited to:
– Multiuser scheduling
– Power allocation and access point selection
– Frequency allocation
– Optimization algorithms
– Robust techniques

This is an exciting international opportunity for PhD graduates in wireless communications and related areas. Amongst the key technical disciplines are an excellent level of mathematics, development of algorithms and design of wireless systems. The successful candidates will be based at PUC-Rio, Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, will colaborate and visit ESIEE, Paris and are expected to attend international conferences and write top-tier journal papers.
The fellowships are open to everyone and pay a stipend of R$ 12.570,00 (2k Euro) per month tax free for up to 3 years. Additional research funding for travel and conference attendance comes with the fellowship.
