Job Description

One full-time four-year predoctoral contract is available at Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya (UPC). The successful candidate will actively participate in the MADDIE research project (see link) while completing a Doctoral Thesis. The candidate will be integrated in a vibrant research environment and attend international conferences to present her/his research achievements.

Doctoral Thesis topic: error mitigation in quantum computers through a combination of probabilistic error cancellation and classical-quantum machine learning algorithms.

Contracts are expected to start in January/February 2024.
