Job Description
Postdoc in Signal Processing at Chalmers
The Department of Signals and Systems, Chalmers Technical University, Sweden, is seeking a Postdoctoral research fellow in Signal Processing, with a strong background in Applied Mathematics. The position is not tied to a specific project, so there is a great freedom in selecting research topics. However, a successful candidate should have research interests and a solid background related to one or more of the following application areas:
- Array Signal Processing
- Sparse Signal Modeling
- MIMO Radar
- Microwave-Based Sensing
- MIMO Communication Systems
In addition, a theoretical background in the following areas is desired:
- Statistical Signal Processing, including Detection, Estimation and Classification
- Mathematical Optimization Techniques, especially Convex Optimization
- Linear Algebra
