Job Description

Our new team is looking for postgraduate researchers to work, inter alia, on the following areas: aerospace and marine communications for intelligent machines; communication networking based on small satellite technology; cooperation and co-existence of radars and wireless communication; new applications of in-band full-duplex radio technology; statistical performance analysis of wireless communications; ultra-reliable low-latency networking for automated traffic; wireless power transfer, energy harvesting and communication. The prospective dissertation topics are not by any means limited to the aforementioned ones, but a brilliant candidate would bring with him/her an original, reasoned research problem that has potential for leading to high-impact contributions in some niche within the broad field of wireless communications.

Our recently established team offers the chance to work at the cutting edge of the scientific and technological advances of wireless communications. We have a motivated and enthusiastic but relaxed attitude toward science with demonstrated record of pioneering research contributions. We actively collaborate with top research groups around the world. The selected candidates will be given full support for pursuing the doctoral degree, as regards both research and study supervision as well as funding, in a constructivist environment.
